815 J Street is just steps away from Petco Park in the heart of East Village.  In the midst of gentrification, this downtown San Diego neighborhood was in dire need of a destination space for locals and tourists alike.  The basis of the design began by taking an in-depth look at the areas immediate needs.  Our team utilized the richness of San Diego's agriculture to create a marketplace that specializes in fresh, farm to table experiences.  Petco Park Plaza gives the once desolate community a local gathering space offering: specialty goods, educational cooking classes, pop up restaurants, and a well manicured nightlife.
